Sunday the 2nd of December Bellwether Celebrates local lamb Argentine Style.

Rarely does a weekend go by in Argentina without an Asado on the menu. Argentines love their meat, and we at Bellwether love lamb especially ‘Malone' lambs, our friends from Wrattonbully.

Start the night with a ‘Choripan’ (Argentine chorizo in a crusty bun), followed by Cordero a la cruz’ (lamb on a cross). Whole Malone lambs will be slowly cooked over coals for more than 8 hours,
and carefully turned at the last moment to ensure a golden, crispy
finish. Accompanied by sidesalads, and a glass of Wrattonbully
Malbec, straight from the barrel. Other Bellwether wines available including our new release Ant Series Coonawarra Cabernet.

Be entertained by live local Jazz ‘Fi and Frenz’, enjoy their
Latin and Swing Jazz sounds under ancient eucalyptus trees,
at the beautiful 150 year old Glen Roy Shearing Shed.
